私隱政策

為咗提供搜尋服務，我哋會收集：你嘅電郵地址、你發出嘅查詢同回覆內容、每日用量計數（用咗幾多次）， 以及（如果你訂閱）Stripe 客戶編號同訂閱狀態。

We collect your email address, the queries you send and the answers generated, a daily usage counter, and — only if you subscribe — a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

用來提供及改善搜尋服務、防止濫用、處理訂閱。我哋唔會賣你嘅個人資料。

To provide and improve the search service, prevent abuse, and process subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data.

對話同訊息保留到你刪除帳戶，之後 30 日內永久刪除。查詢日誌會匿名化，保留最多 12 個月。 除此之外，我哋唔收集超出產品功能所需嘅資料。

Chats and messages are kept until you delete your account, then hard-deleted within 30 days. Query logs are anonymized and retained for up to 12 months. We collect nothing beyond what the product needs to function.

登入後，你可以喺帳戶設定一键刪除帳戶；背後係 DELETE /api/account， 會刪除你所有對話、訊息、用量紀錄同登入帳號。刪除係不可逆。

Once signed in you can delete your account in one step. This removes all of your chats, messages, usage records and the login itself. Deletion is irreversible.

你可以電郵 privacy@hkchat.hk 要求查閱或更正我哋持有關於你嘅個人資料。我哋會按《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理。
